Terms and Conditions

Your Commitment to Us

When you purchase tickets for a Top Barn Farm Park activity, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd and yourself. No contract exists between you and Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received there is a binding contract between us.

Vehicles are parked at the owners’ own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle.

Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Top Barn Farm Park or Farm Shop website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes.. There are no surcharges and once you have paid we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway provider.

Activity/ Event Admission -

· Entry is only permissible when your ticket is either printed or the Booking Reference Number or QR code is shown upon entry.

Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry without an adult. They must be supervised by an adult at all times.

· Dogs are permitted onsite but must be kept on a lead and will be can be asked to be removed if causing a problem or intimidating farm animals

Trailer Tours

· We request that pushchairs are left in the car, or by the trailer tour starting point at your own risk as they won’t be permitted on the trailer except in necessary circumstances.

· Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.

· Tractor Tour tickets may not be resold.

· If the Tractor and Trailer Adventures Ticket/Booking Code is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

· Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction may be altered, changed, closed, removed or otherwise unavailable without prior notice. Top Barn Farm Park reserves the rights to change programmes of attractions and facilities as necessary.

Online Tickets

· Online advance bookings always ensure our best price guarantee.

· Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers.

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not always be available on bookings made in person.

All email addresses used with this system will be added to our emailing system but never passed onto any other company or 3rd party.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. 

We operate a strict no refunds policy regardless of individual cancellation reason.

Although we are confident that we can safely open our doors every day, we appreciate that there are aspects of these events that are out of our control.

However should attending the event be hindered by inclement weather where the event/ride was cancelled due to extremes of weather, guests will have the option to transfer their booking to another day or receive a voucher code of equal value for use at a future event 

Ticket Transfers / Cancellations

 All activity tickets are strictly non-refundable.

This allows you to manage your booking and change the date and time of your visit, should you need to up to 8am on the morning of your booked date.

· Tickets will not be transferable for ticket purchases who do not create an Account upon booking.

· Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date within the specific event category and are subject to availability.

Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server through our designated payment provider to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. 

Adverse Weather Conditions

Top Barn Farm Park is committed to providing a remarkable experience to all visitors, regardless of weather conditions. We remain open to the public in the face of wet weather, however, in cases of severe adverse weather conditions that could compromise the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to temporarily close the premises. This decision is made with the utmost consideration for everyone's safety. We encourage visitors to check weather forecasts and dress accordingly for their visit.

Terms & Conditions

1. When buying tickets online for activities these tickets must be brought with you and presented at the coffee cabin (farm shop when indicated or ticket office for larger events.) We accept tickets in digital format as well as printed. If you misplace your ticket, we can search our system with your name/email address supplied at booking.

2. We cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or non-arrivals.

3. Once a booking has been made, we are unable to add any further ticket to that booking. Just checking that is the case

4. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or any further force majeure. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, no refund will be issued but exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

5. We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation, and to alter, close or remove details without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

6. Please arrive at the event at the time indicated on your voucher.

7. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Babes in arms do not require a ticket.

9. Vehicles are parked at the owners’ own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle.

10. Sometimes Top Barn or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the farm, which may feature guests. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that Top Barn or any authorised party may use such images or video footage in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Top Barn Farm Shop and Farm Park or the authorised party.

Limitation of Liability

Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd total liability for in contract, tort, (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. The Limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2 (1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet and communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Child Safeguarding Policy

Top Barn Farm Park and Farm Shop is a family attraction, and we are committed to ensuring that, while on Top Barn Harvest Shop Ltd premises, any visiting child is able to enjoy themselves in a secure and protected environment, safe from any form of harm or abuse.

We do not knowingly allow anyone to visit Top Barn Farm Park who is a convicted child sex offender, or subject to the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Act 2001, or subject to a Sex Offender Order or a Child Abduction Order for the purposes of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 (as amended) and the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act 1991 (as amended).
